There are vast differences between professional-quality photographic equipment and consumer-grade cameras. This is especially true when talking about digital equipment. Consumer-grade digital cameras are often handicapped. They rarely have a high-quality lens, and often have a tiny, under-powered flash. The image processing chip set is often too small to capture a truly high-quality image. Most consumer-grade digital cameras lack tonal range resulting in loss of detail.

When used by an experienced photographer, professional-quality equipment results in better photographs. While it's a bit cliché, in this case, a picture really is worth a thousand words.

We currently use the finest in Nikon Digital SLR camera bodies, including the Nikon D2X, Nikon D2H and Nikon D300.

Our lenses include a wide range of focal lengths from 10mm to 600mm from Nikon and Sigma.

Lighting includes the very latest speedlights from Nikon and light-enhancing diffuser equipment from Harbor Digital Design and Gary Fong.

Camera support equipment is by Bogen Imaging.
